Details for the 2026 SCA Annual General Meeting are: 

Date and time: Saturday 17 October 2026, 6:00pm 
Location: Sarsfield Hall, 10–20 School Road, Sarsfield 

The agenda includes: 

• Presentation of the Annual Report on the Association's activities 

• The Treasurer's Report and Statements for the 2025–26 financial year 

• Election of Office Bearers and Committee members for the next term 

• Setting the membership fee (if any) for the coming year 

All Office Bearer and Committee roles will be declared vacant at the meeting. If you're interested in joining the Committee, please complete the attached Nomination Form. Get in touch if you'd like to know more about what a role involves. 

All members are invited and are entitled to vote at the AGM and can nominate to be appointed to the Committee.
